It has recently come to my attention that Home Joy, another home cleaning service, has gone out of business. As an entrepreneur, I loved what they accomplished and what they tried to do, however, our success as the owner's of Green Clean Phoenix is also important. I was sad to learn that the company had failed. Home Joy was not just another cleaning company. They utilized different techniques to take their business to a whole new level. They used technology like phone apps and top of the art websites in order to obtain customers; however, in my opinion they failed because they recruited subcontractors with whom they had no control over. Home Joy was unable to supervise the work quality brought in because of the subcontractors, and that is the difference between their company, and Green Clean Phoenix.
Cleaning homes sounds simple and easy, and trust with customers is dire, as is the quality of cleaning, cleaning products, the cleaning crew, and knowing how to please the customer is truly essential. All of these things establish a connection between the clients and the cleaning crew that cannot be undone. In order to be unsuccessful, however, is being too good to be true, meaning that the company may have lowered prices too much in a way that hurts the profit of the company, or making promises the company cannot keep. These things are what drive the company through the ground and ensure failure.
Green Clean Phoenix believes that consistency is key. Utilizing the same people as your crew, prices that are profitable yet low, and overall impeccable customer service are what ensure a company’s success. Furthermore, quality control in a cleaning company is a necessity. In addition, organization is key to people coming back; that means through personal relationships, and online. Everything must be available to the customers and to the workers so that things run smoothly.
That was the difference between Home Joy and Green Clean Phoenix
